MEMORANDUM FOR THE CHIEF OF STAFF

	Having received and considered the recommendation of the Air Force Board for 
Correction of Military Records and under the authority of Section 1552, Title 10, United States 
Code, it is directed that:

	The pertinent military records of the Department of the Air Force relating to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,
 be corrected to show that:

	    a.  The AF IMT Form 2030, USAF Drug and Alcohol Abuse Certificate, initialed, 
signed and dated 15 July 2006, be, and hereby is, amended in Section II, “Have you ever 
experimented with marijuana?  (Prior marijuana use is not disqualifying for enlistment or 
appointment, unless you are determined to be a chronic user or psychologically dependent, have 
been convicted or adversely adjudicated for marijuana involvement.  Preservice marijuana use 
may render you ineligible for certain skills.)” to reflect “Yes” rather than “No.”
	
         b.  The Memorandum for Record, dated 27 April 2012, with attachments be inserted in 
his military personnel records.
